Careful with that stuff! Last year we made some Jerk chicken on a hunting trip. The jerk came via a jar of Marinade (a paste like marinade diluted with water and olive oil) Anyway we used most of the 12 ounce jar. and let it sit overnight. Grilled it the next day and the chicken was so hot we all sweated profusely while eating. But we didnt stop, we were to effin hungry.I'm already envious of @ozarkram that looks amazing, but today's menu is Jamaican Jerk Chicken with stir fry vegetables and fresh coleslaw and if prepared right, it will clear your sinuses for days.

For the next two days we proceed to ruin every hunting spot in the woods because we could not stop shitting. Apparently, we were supposed to use one tablespoon per pound.
Needless to say....but we saw no deer those 3 days.

Got the Texas Brisket in the crockpot. Beans are soaking going to add some bbq seasoning.
Texas Toast will make its way to the oven.
Friends are bringing macaroni salad and other sides.
Hopefully a victory bourbon and cigar for dessert.
