I'm making some burgers (beef and turkey) for lunchtime. Gonna have some fresh bacon, mushroom & onions, and all the other usual toppings. Baked mac n cheese for a side.

Grilled pork tenderloins that I've been marinading in a raspberry chipotle sauce for dinner. I've got a shit load of portobello mushrooms that I have to use up... so I'm probably gonna make a Marsala sauce to go with the pork. Baked broch and cauliflower with cheese and some rice.

Breaking the tradition of the opposing teams cuisine today as we are heading up the hill for a few days of R&R in Reno. Will probably settle into a parlor for pizza, beer and the game.

Otherwise, it would have been a Primanti's like sandwich.

It's basically a bunch of exhibitors with taster bottles, you go round chatting to them and trying interesting stuff. All the big scotch distillers were there. Great fun.

My cousin who I was there with vomited in the uber on the way home. It cost me a fucking fortune haha.
