Too all: If anyone needs to be picked up at airport and/or crash at my place instead of paying for a hotel, let me know. I have a basement bedroom with a double bed and 3 cots. Kids and pets are welcome. Limit 20 people and 3 dogs... or maybe 5 dogs... no more than 5.

IMPORTANT: Check Southwest.com to come to STL. Sites that check for best prices do NOT check Southwest which has great prices in STL.

I was wondering if I would be able to be dropped off at your house on game day and ride in with someone and back to your house after the game?? I'll be staying in Farmington, MO that weekend which is 75 minutes south of the Dome. Thanks for any information.

i tossed the idea of attending the game out to the fiance.
she's a seattle fan but she said it would be awesome to go (as long as she isn't punched like Legatron's friend).
so, we're tentative for 2 tickets.
it would be our first NFL game and what better way to do it then in the Lou (atleast for me ) and for a great cause.

Kevin has said that he will try to arrange a special group ticket for everyone. So, I imagine we won't know the price until we have an approximate count on attendance. But I get the impression that the price will be discounted.

Please also let me know how many are attending, even if you already have tickets to the game.

Dear Kevin,

I'm following up on our earlier discussion regarding the members of RamsOnDemand fan forum seeking an appropriate way to honor Rich's life during the Seattle game opener.

This is turning into quite an event, as forum members are flying in to St. Louis from every corner of North America, with some making the trip from England. We've had forum members open their homes to travelers, and even other locals offer to collect visitors from the airport and chauffeur them around the city.

With a view toward a special group ticket, we've so far identified the following attendee totals:

Attendees needing tickets: 56 - 66 (15 - 25 of these are from Rich's family)
Attendees who already own game tickets: 8
Attendees needing tickets (tentative): Approximately 18
Total: 82 - 92

With respect to figuring out a way to recognize Rich’s family over the weekend, I believe the consensus is that the best way to achieve this would be to honor Rich's Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk. Perhaps there is a way to give the fans at the game an opportunity to support his Night Walk, or at some other time during the weekend. We're certainly open for suggestions, and perhaps your office staff will have some thoughtful ideas.

We'll continue to refine and firm-up the attendance numbers. But in the mean time, we'd welcome further direction from you and your office staff regarding logistics, structure, deadlines and budget for the event.

Again, thank you for your empathy and kind consideration. I know everyone at the RamsOnDemand forum is incredibly appreciative of the organization and it's response to our request.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Well written @Stranger! I wouldn't change a thing. Perhaps we can add however, a request to honor Rich wit a scoreboard announcement? I know they do those for birthdays and other special occasions (for a fee, I woukd contribute). Could be worth asking g at least?
