I'm OK with that but frankly, I think it should be 12 hours. Those that decided to participate should have anticipated this and made some contingency plans. Anyone can feel free to PM me with their top three choices and I'll draft for them if they think they won't be able to pick in a timely manner.

Oh i agree Alan but we should have done a better job of setting the ground rules before we dove into this thing(time limits,comp picks etc...).
