Diff color gold, figured it out

Watching Hard Knocks last night I figured out why the gold horns look lighter. There is no glitter/sparkle in the horns, it's a completely solid color, think of it as Grey Poupon!

It's a little more yellow as well. Gold color is a tad darker, with or without glitter.

Agree, a little more yellow.
I prefer the more gold look used the past few years, ... very happy I bought last years helmet for the 'man cave'.

Upon further review (of the Chiefs game), it has been determined that the Rams horns still have titty glitter in the color. The OP is charged a timeout and loss of down.

They are more yellow than the gold of the 2000-2015 helmets. I love it, I am hoping they go back to the 70s-90s color scheme. I really think that those were the best looking uniforms in the history of the NFL.

You may be right, it might be exactly the same color, and just a product of the lighting. But, while sitting and watching the pre-season games, I swear the helmets are more yellow and less gold. My wife and I both see it.

I would love for them to use my helmet design (In my avatar). Chromed Royal Blue with Yellow Horns and a small white highlight and black shadow on the horn. Although The face-mask on my avatar turned a weird glowing blue. LOL.
