I'm already having trouble cancelling. When I click my account and then cancel subscription, the big green confirm button does nothing.

....the problem I just posted seems to be related to Google Chrome. I tried in Internet Explorer and was able to cancel it there.

Just a heads up in case anyone else has the same issue.
