I wanted Murray in the draft a few years ago. Nobody seemed to think he was that good for some reason.

What were they thinking?

They're going to take either MM or Winston with the top pick and bust that kid in 3 years. Carr needed to sit for a year, but nope played,he's regressing every week.

I like Carr a lot and think he has been playing very well. I have not seen his last two games however.
Oakland does make some odd choices sometimes like letting their LT go to Arizona last offseason.

Carr is okay and has a future. But between him and the option they will have for Winston or trading his rights for close to what the Rams got for Bob3 they have a big decision,...And they will screw it up.

Iupati's an excellent run blocker but his pass protection is suspect plus his injury history. I'd rather draft a durable guard with respectable skills so our line can work cohesively. A lot of line shuffling is gonna lead to blown assignments at a higher rate. As for FAs, just pick up some 2nd-3rd tier ones (Barksdale, Rocky McIntosh, Barry Richardson) and let them contribute while we develop rookies.
