For some reason the comments section doesn't come up for me

Observations on the vid:
Took several direct snaps, Wildacat? Seems to be left handed surprise lefty HB option ?

We're getting inside scoops from Les' better half now? :razzed:

He looks like one of those slippery backs, he just seems to find holes... I also like how he doesn't shy away from contact... In fact instead of going out of bounds he would turn in and hit the defender and try to get an extra yard or two, similar to what Jackson does. He and Ganaway will probably battle it out for the 3rd RB, should be a fun camp battle.

Another pick that I love. Stacy is one of the sleeper HBs that I have mentioned again and again.

Think Ahmad Bradshaw. He's a small but very compact runner that put up impressive stats on Vandy of all teams. He runs extremely hard, his legs never stop churning and he runs low to the ground. Great complement to Pead and Richardson.

Yeah, but can he block?....can any of our backs block? :?!:

Ha! Good point.

Hey fellas. New here. Let me preface that I am a titans fan that grew up in Nashville and have been a Vanderbilt fan my entire life but I actually live in St Louis now. So I am happy to have a commodore alumnus in St Louis.

Now, what you're getting with Zac Stacy is a truly hard worker. There will not be another member of the Rams that will outwork him. He was the heart and soul of the 2011 and 2012 Vanderbilt Commodores. He is strong as an Ox. His best attributes are his vision an patience. He has that knack for sniffing out holes where you may not have thought there was one. He is solid in pass protection. He's a very physical runner and isn't afraid to lower a shoulder to gain an extra yard.

Two runs that really come to mind that sum him up, I would link them but I'm on my phone. One was this year against Mizzou, he gained 8 yards on a 3rd down play to ice the game. He was hit at the LOS but refused to go down. He's small but very physical. He clawed his way for an 8 yard gain and a firs down to win the game.

The second was In the 2011 game against UK. He was met at the 5 yard line but kept churning his legs and eventually carried 5 UK defenders into the end zone for a TD(with the help of a few teammates of course).

He isn't overly fast but he has that sneaky speed.

Overall I am really happy for Zac and I think St Louis is a great situation for him. It's an open competition and he can win that job.

Just wanted to give y'all the perspective from a Vanderbilt fan. He's the best RB prospect to come through in my 24 years of following the team.

Good luck.

Any time. I'll try to remember to stop by, especially when the Titans and Rams play this year.

Here is the link of the run from the UK game I alluded to...

And here was the run from the Mizzou game this year...Stacy may be small but he's not easy to tackle.

And he can break away too...
