Which NFL QB's do you compare Case Keenum to?

I would like to say Drew Brees but I am guessing that would be somewhat of a stretch and wishful thinking! Keenum doesn't have the ideal size or I guess arm strength (but, from what little highlights I have seen it doesn't look like his arm is all that bad) but he sure does seem to be a smart QB with pretty good mobility and determination. Does anyone think he has a chance to get another chance at starting for in the NFL(Rams or some other team) or is he destined to be a backup? Personally, I won't be surprised to see him get another starting opportunity somewhere during his career.
