It's sad to see the year coming to a close this year.

It's been fun seeing what everyone cooks and sharing ideas.

I'm sending out the season with a chicken and sausage taco soup.

Safe Travels

I've made a habit of trying to make a meal that is someway related to either the Rams or the team we are playing.

I'm going to have to figure some different ways to try new recipes each Sunday now that we'll be knocked out.

Simple today, it's nice out so I'm gonna stick with the grill.

Last week my buddy and I got a flat iron steak and made some cheesesteaks with it, should have grabbed a photo or something, it was delicious. Had the Rams made the playoffs I would have graduated from burgers and fries to steak and potatoes, but that'll be for next season I guess!

Had an awesome ham and cheese sandwich with leftover Christmas ham.

Salad and steaks after the Rams win!

Filet for the wife and a NY Strip for me.

With a nice Aussie Shiraz.
