Homemade enchiladas and Spanish rice. And enjoying a rare soda (I stopped drinking beer and soda for the most part last year) knowing the shitters aren't gonna be winning anything. Hahahahahahaha. Get fucked.

Friends and family coming over. Drinks hanging out. Ordering some killer BBQ from a restaurant. Combined with Apple Pie from best Pie maker I believe in US "4 and 20 blackbirds" out of Brooklyn NY Salted Caramel Apple Pie you can get it off of Goldbelly.

Rooting for KC in this one. Hate 5he Eagles.

Of all days...I just received a summons for jury selection on Monday 2/13! :angry:
 
I got to renew my visa that day.
Games on in the morning here so watch it later.
 
Think I'll wash my fish. Just have to go get one before kickoff.
 
I'm working early Monday. Will be up at 6am for work and the game finishes at 4am or so here. So I will watch but no boozing unfortunately. I normally take the Monday off but just too busy this year.

I say this every year but they really should play the game on a Saturday. There must be millions of Americans who can't enjoy it as they would like to because of work on Monday.

My plan is to rewatch superbowl 56. I'll watch Superbowl 57 after it's over and condensed unless it ends up being a blowout then I'll probably just skip it. My buddy whose a die hard Chiefs fan is very confident in this game. Says Eagles had a cupcake schedule and the Chiefs will handle them so we'll see....

Super Bowl lands on my birthday, so I’ll invite my Chiefs friends over for beer and cake. Lol.

Nothing major, might have some family over if they want to come. Wife and I am just going to fix some heavy, unhealthy food to pig out on and drink some beer. Still hate the Super Bowl being on a Sunday night.
