Nothing yet in english but you can translate this with the browser. It makes sense to put this on prime time.

For the third year in a row, the NFL confirmed a regular season game in Mexico . The Azteca Stadium will host the Chiefs and the Rams for the 2018 season and they would do so in primetime. According to various reports, Kansas City and Los Angeles will play on Monday Night Football to close the corresponding day.

According to ESPN's John Sutcliffe , the duel would take place on a Monday night. The Rams would be the locals when they gave up their chance to play at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and face on the court of the Santa Úrsula Colossus at the Western Conference of the American Conference.

The Chiefs have maintained a hegemony over the Rams in recent years. The Kansas City team has six victories against the Western Conference Nationals , who in fact do not win since their first stage in Los Angeles. The most recent duel at Arrowhead Stadium ended with a 34-7 score in favor of the AFC.

This will be the third encounter in Mexican lands in the return of the NFL south of the United States border. The first duel was a Sunday night in 2016 between the Oakland Raiders and the Houston Texans . A year later, Tom Brady and the New England Patriots beat the 'bad guys' themselves . On both occasions, the Azteca Stadium sold out its tickets, so in 2018 it is expected a full of sports facilities.

On the fence. On one hand looks great to be in a foreign country watching our boys throw down.
The other hand, missing a nationally televised game I can watch at home. Need to do some thinking...

So... we travel to Mex a lot. Vacationing (scuba diving) I actually lived in Mex for 3 yrs back in the 90's. BUT... Mexico City is a whole different beast. Still.....I think it's possibly doable.

PS............ If the dates play out and I'm able, I will be more than happy to host or participate in a ROD Mexico City adventure!!!

So I'm seeing November 19 as the game date on a few news pages. That would require me to burn one vacation day. That makes it a real option!

The schedule is generally released a week before the draft so we should officially know around Thursday this week.

When I worked at the famous San Francisco jazz club and Ethiopian restaurant, Rassellas, we served a well tequila named, Montezuma's revenge.
One if the best names ever.

Occasssionaly, I would offer a loud mouthed asshole mucho, mucho shots on the house....Montezuma"s Revenge would take it from there.

When the NFL heads to Mexico City in 2018, the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Rams will square off on Monday Night Football.
The NFL is keeping the tradition going of playing in Mexico City. For the third year in a row, an NFL game will be featured in Mexico’s capital. This time the game will be played on one of the biggest stages the NFL has to offer.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Rams will play on Nov. 19, on ESPN’s Monday Night Football. The NFL is big on expanding their brand internationally and has increased the volume of London and Mexico City games over the last few years.

It makes sense, especially when it comes to teams like the Rams to host an international game. Los Angeles ranked 25th in the league in attendance last year, and the previous host Raiders ranked 30th.

If they aren’t drawing well at home it seems logical to move one of their eight home games to a neutral location. In this instance, the games in Mexico City sell out a 72,000 capacity stadium.

The Rams averaged 63,392 attendees at their home games last year. That’s roughly 10,000 fewer people than the projected attendance at the game in Mexico City on Nov. 19, 2018.

As for the game itself, it will be a premier matchup, something that’s rare for international games. Often times the teams that play international games are chosen because they aren’t drawing well. More often than not teams that draw poorly are bad football teams thus resulting in a subpar on-field product for the international fans.

This Chiefs and Rams matchup is certainly an exception to the rule. Both teams feature an exciting young quarterback and are widely considered teams on the rise. By mid-November, both teams, at least on paper, should be fighting for playoff positioning.
