Now that the Rams have traded Goff (I know nobody cares BUT I don’t like the trade!!!) can someone please explain the Rams current/ up-to-date Salary Cap Situation? Way too confusing for me to keep up with it!!!

Based on Spotracs numbers the Rams are now approximately $13 mil. over the projected CAP, that's about $10 mil. better than we were before the trade.
Expect more wheeling & dealing by Snead soon, hopefully prior to the opening of free agency. Havenstein & Brockers may be on thin ice.

Everything I’ve read, there is no way around the Goff trade hit. It’s 22m if pre June. Is post 6/1, it’s spread out over two years 6 and 16 (rounding) in 2021 and 2022 respectively. But I’m no cap expert.

All the dead money on Goff belongs to us and so does the new money on Stafford.
They have us at -13mil, but they don't have Goff listed in the dead cap area. Can we get out of that $22mil hit? I didn't think you could.
Everett & JJ3 are already off the books for next year as they are free agents, Brockers is still under contract.
Interesting that Goff's dead cap is off our cap and on Detroit's. I didn't think that was possible.
The Lions took the guarantees... which is why he doesn't show up on our roster at all with ZERO dead cap hit.
