I think we'll be doing Carolina slaw dogs. But not so positive.

I have a friend who hosts a big poker tournament for his birthday and it's after the game.

Told him we would bring something.
Going to bring grape jelly meatballs, sausage dip, and this lil smokie recipe I've been wanting to try (Memphis style)

Red Chili smothered ground beef burritos and roasted potatoes with onions, red bell peppers and plenty serrano peppers. New Mexico has the best chilies in the world.

Hospital food. Yes, I'm in the hospital for a Rams playoff game for the second time in three years., and they're keeping an eye on me (UTI and a severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic, which could've ended up more serious if someone hadn't been in the room with me at the time).
