So if you read further down in this guys replies to people commenting on this tweet he really shows how little thought it put into his tweet. He calls the Rams one and done. A team that has just had their first losing season in six years under McVay that's made it to the playoffs 4 of those 6 years missing just barely in a 5th and made it to two Super Bowls winning one. That is a team this individual says is a one and done.

We don't know what the next few years will bring for the Rams but it's possible this current run may be over but to ignore all the success we've had under McVay to call us one and done is just ignorant, but then he is a fantasy sports and baseball writer.

I still get a thrill when people in 9er or raider gear look at my Rams super bowl hat. One and done? nope I don't believe that and even with this disappointing season we can hang our hat on the fact that the Rams won the very first SB that was played at So Fi stadium. That's really darn special.

These schmucks wanted the Rams to lose last year, so they could “Itold you so,” us. We won it all after several good seasons in a row. I know it’s more than 10 teams that have never won even OnE Super Bowl. Super Bowl 56 is an achievement that can never be taken away.

Honestly McVay should have gotten that SB done vs Belicheat. Even with BB handing him his ass it was close as F. So yeah completely retarded take, so someone in the big media companies should hire that dude. He'll fit right in.

I traded comments with a Facebook poster who says AD is not the best DT in football.

He explained how edge rushers are much better because too often when a DT gets through the line, a QB can easily escape him.

I told him if he thinks that then he hasn’t watched much of Rams football. He claims to have seen every game in the last 55 years.

That’s a dumbass.

If you want to be that guy,I’ll defend the Eagles.The Rams could have had a few of there core players that helped them win this last Superbowl.
The Rams just came off The Worst Record after winning a Superbowl (ever?) I’m guessing from reports about it. —just saying,but if you want to put up a case why The Rams aren’t or haven’t been 1 & done then we as Ram Fans know that to not be true.

True & The Rams have been winner ever sense Mcvay become the HC!!That is the point Coach(old whoever) is making.
—Point being this actually was Sean Mcvay’s first lossing season.

Hard Truth is Les Snead & Sean Mcvay have not drafted very well & they could have. It hurt’s(Jalen) because it was preventable.Lance Dickerson is an example.Reloading The core is what it is all about.
