Heard a few weeks ago that Cooper Kupp has a steak with green beans and mashed potatoes for his pregame meal. So I am getting ready to drop a steak into the sous vide and get that perfect medium color before searing later!

Let's go get this W.

You do realise that steak should be seared on the outside, right?

Sous vide cooking is crap for steaks.
Sous Vide is the best way I've ever had steak.

Sear it before serving.

Literally dial it right in. . . Give it a try sometime.

On a side note, do you have a good recipe for beans?

Been married 21 years today.

I was going to make Italian pork chops and cherry peppers. But my Bea told me not to cook since The Rams are on... no wonder we're still a happy couple. I'll make em tomorrow instead.

It's an incredible way to make pork chops taste like a rare delicacy. The pepper brine (kinda like pickle juice/brine) adds a real punch.
