I really don't have any ideas going into this game. My wife works that day so not really sure at all what to plan.

Tennessee has to have some BBQ. I wonder what other foods might be found.

What are you all thinking?

PnJ. Looked at my schedule and I’m working Sunday. Hard to have an appetite while working.

I will live vicariously through everyone else.

That just made me think about the crackly french bread the wife picked up today... What better way to test it out. :laugh2:

But for the game I'm gonna grill up some fish because my diet of late has been very bad and I also have a couple real nice halibut filets. I like to do mine up with a basic salt, pepper, onion powder, parsley baste. I put the spices in olive oil with some fresh lemon juice (may use pineapple if I feel adventurous), rinse then baste the filets and cook them on medium heat in my favorite cast iron skillet.

I serve them on a bed of sticky calrose with a small pile of finely sliced onion and peppers on top of all of it. The veggies I just cook in the remaining baste so as not to waste it. Then drizzle a little soy and sriracha to tie it all together. That's my go-to healthy fish & rice that doesn't exceed my culinary skills lol.

Going to an Italian restaurant owned by one of the family members of a boccia teammate for the end-of-year celebration before the new year kicks off.

So, it'll be cheese pizza and flatbread for me, most likely. I hope the restaurant shows the game, but I'm doubting it.

My first year with chickens and they are producing tons of eggs. If anyone has any special egg recipes; even one/two egg recipes like pancakes, cookies, etc.

I am getting 6 eggs a day and it's just the two of us. . . so mathematically I am getting 3 1/2 dozen each week.

I have friends I can share with and such - my city doesn't allow us to sell.

Either way, we've got a lot of eggs that are so rich and awesome from backyard chickens.

Chicken mole corn tortilla tacos with refried beans and topped with fresh avocado and lettuce. Not BBQ, but easy for me to make. Thanks 'Trader Joes" for having the Chicken Mole here in So Cal.

I am off work Monday so fully intending to guzzle beer while watching Sunday's games. Haven't decided what to cook yet but maybe something straightforward. Fajitas possibly.

I was tempted. I need to try this recipe. But I know I’m not going to do it this weekend. This one uses pheasant but chicken was what it was actually designed for. It looked pretty amazing.

Big Ram Fan piqued my interest with his post mentioning a type of chicken with which I was not familiar.

Ram Fan 503 (are you guys related?) led me to do some research with his post and attachment.

Now I am fully aroused!!! ...

It's a morning game for me. So maybe pancakes and crispy bacon and a sunny side up egg.
And loveless cafe maple syrup from Nashville. My sister sent it to me months ago now I have an excuse to try it.

Its an early game. I usually eat breakfast mid morning. So it will be a breakfast thing for me. Breakfast burrito's an option. Or I might just have biscuits and sausage gravy with eggs. Still haven't decided.
