They demoralized the Rams in week 1 and ruined my Monday night. I can't forget being one of the few Rams fans representing at the local pub and having to endure the 9ers fans shit talking.

Then, instead of payback at home, the team folded and gave them their second win of the year. Fccking pathetic.

I can't and won't talk any smack until this team shows they can beat the shit teams they "should" beat.

After last year, they're no better than the 9ers. They got owned.

I don't want to get overconfident because Any Given Sunday and the current state of the Rams run defense.

But Sunday Ticket has a cool feature called Shortcuts which allows you to watch a condensed version of all NFL games from Sunday. I was able to watch the Niners Seahawks game and do a little stat searching.

Carlos Hyde had 15 carries for 124 yards. 90 of those yards came on 2 runs. Otherwise he averaged 3 YPC.
Hoyer is leading the 31st ranked passing attack.

On film the Niners offense looks bad. Their defense looks pretty stout vs the run but I don't see a great pass rush outside of blitzing. I think we can hit them for some huge gainers if we can roll Goff out. Or outlet to Gurley if they are going to bring the Blitz.

I would like to see us play this game fearless on offense and unleash the downfield pass game vs playing safe and scared like Fisher teams of the past. We have the downfield weapons, let's get it going. Goff already has dirt on him with his first interception. What's to lose.

After the loss to Washington, which is a game that I think we should have won, I'm going to stay silent until Friday. Unless we fix what we call a run defence, we're going to make Carlos Hyde look like an All-Pro Beast.

And I would bet a considerable amount of money that this Rams team will not come anywhere near the debacle from last year up there.

Can they win? They're favored... I have a good feeling about this game... but, first road game for the coaching staff... they need to make sure the players remain focused.
