Okay... no Rams game... do you still make a football spread?

I do. It’s football Sunday.

Today;

• Meatballs in cocktail sauce... chips, salsa... for snacking
• Enchiladas for main course (chicken, homemade)
• Beer

Nah not really. We did fish, spinach and garlic, sweet potatoes and chorizo, and beer for the game Thursday. Need to do some chores this morning and will head out to hang with some friends this afternoon.

Making homemade chicken fajita/tortilla soup. I smoke the chickens beer can style on the egg first.

It's still 90° here... but this soup is great year round. I'll make enough that we'll have it tomorrow night too... it seems to taste even better after it sits 24 hours... if that's even possible.

Having the Parents over along with my son, his wife and our almost two month old granddaughter for an old fashion Italian Sunday Dinner featuring Manicotti (and you have to pronounce correctly) Mon-e-Gaat along with Italian bread and many other things...Salute!
