Hello, thanks for coming, again, to our forum and taking questions. We all realize that this is taking a big part of your time that you are sacrificing just before the real games begin. What are the expectations for this team? I've read that "the feel" and "the vibe" of this camp seems different this year and that the team really expects a big improvement. Have you sensed a different vibe? Are the expectations raised this year? If so, how is the team handling it?

We expect to take the division. There has been a different vibe and you can definitely see guys working to get better at the little things as well as pushing each other to get better which will make the team better as a whole.
