I've always wondered. Once the players leave, how often do you hear from the coaches? Do you hear more from the strength and positional coaches than Coach Fisher? More text than calls? And to add to that, are you given a itinerary soon after closing the season?

each organization is different. But i hear from my coaches about once or twice between the end of the season and the beginning of the off season workouts. As far as an itinerary we are given a workout program for the off season to help us recover and get ready for off season workouts.
