Predators seem to do that to me. Especially those who prey on the young.

Warren Sapp has run all out of second chances, the guy keeps saying he'll do better and then bam, he's always back doing something stupid.

Only thing that's gonna straighten him out is a jail cell.

The law doesn't look at it like that. A good looking woman, married to a billionaire and with 3 children, has to sink so low as to seduce a 15-year-old classmate of her son. That's one sick, twisted individual. She doesn't need to go to prison but straight into therapy.

Obviously your above post is much closer to reality than my post PT.
I in no way condone Rape in any circumstance.
My trivializing was just a little forum fun in a thread that is off topic.

Longtime pass-rusher John Abraham might be out of the NFL, but he’s still in the news.

According to WGCL in Atlanta, Abraham was charged with battery for an incident that happened outside a strip club in February 2014.

Brookhaven police responded to a call around 4 p.m. on Feb. 28, 2014, for an assault that took place the night before at the Pink Pony on Corporate Boulevard. The alleged victim was reportedly assaulted by Abraham as he was approached by the victim to resolve an old dispute. A warrant has been obtained for Abraham’s arrest on a misdemeanor battery charge.

While the timing of the warrant is odd, the timing of the incident less so. The Pink Pony is a strip club, and strip club parking lots at 3 a.m. have been known to be the site of trouble.

Also Pers, according to Vernon Davis.

Abraham missed most of last season for the Cardinals with a concussion, likely capping a career that included 133.5 sacks in 15 total seasons, including stints with the Jets and Falcons.

“The shooter girls steal the show though with their unbelievable methods of delivering booze from a test tube to your mouth.”
--------
The girls really aren't that attractive; most of them look like they confused the place with a meeting of the itty-bitty titty committee. There are several that have nice rear-ends, but they don't seem to care enough to actually do anything with them. The hottest girl there (to me) literally got on the main stage and walked from end to end. Maybe she thought she was at a livestock show?
---------
Never made it inside, but I asked a guy in the parking lot what's it's like in there and he said "it's the pink pony, what do you expect?"
---------
I am from L.A. and my first impression was that this club looks like a Bingo Hall. I think they should change the club name to "No Expectations".

Molly Shattuck, the former Baltimore socialite, professional cheerleader and healthy living guru, pleaded guilty to a single count of rape in the fourth degree at a Delaware Superior Court hearing on Tuesday, according to the Baltimore Sun.

Shattuck, who arrived to court about 10 minutes before her scheduled appearance, offered no public comment to the reporters waiting outside. Inside the courtroom, Shattuck said just one word, according to reports. When asked by the judge if she had committed the offense she was pleading guilty to, Shattuck answered “Yes.”

In Delaware a person is guilty of fourth degree rape when he or she has sexual intercourse with a victim who has not reached their sixteenth birthday, among other criteria. Fourth degree rape is a Class C felony and it can carry up to 15 years in prison. Shattuck was accused of having a sexual encounter with a 15-year-old classmate of her son while at a vacation rental property in Bethany Beach last Labor Day.

Tuesday’s guilty plea will require Shattuck, who will be sentenced at a hearing set for Aug. 21, to register as a sex offender.

The 48-year-old was arrested in November and charged with rape and unlawful sexual contact with a 15-year-old boy. The mother of three turned herself into the Sussex County Superior Court in Delaware (where her crimes occurred), pleaded not guilty and was eventually released on $84,000 bond.

Shattuck’s arrest rocked Baltimore elite circles in which the diminutive socialite had cut an outsized figure. She was married to prominent Baltimore businessman Mayo A. Shattuck, and their children (along with her victim) attended the posh McDonogh School. She was heavily involved in several charities and in 2005 entered the annals of Ravens cheerleading history as the oldest squad member at age 38. Shattuck even appeared in the first season of the ABC reality show “Secret Millionaire.”

But since her headline-grabbing arrest, Shattuck, once known for courting the spotlight, has maintained a minuscule public profile. Her divorce was finalized two days before she turned herself in, the charity boards that praised her enthusiasm and commitment distanced themselves, the Web site poised to become her Goop-like lifestyle hub is blank.
Any adult who needs to take advantage of a minor for their own self gratification, regardless of situation or age is a piece of garbage. Is the boy going to be scarred for life? Probably not. Will her son? Possibly. Such a selfish thing. Personally, jokes are easy to make, I don't distinguish much between a man taking advantage of a young teenage girl or a woman taking advantage of a young teenage boy. It is manipulative, selfish and criminal.

C.J Spillman has been officially charged with sexual assault stemming from an incident at the Dallas Cowboys team hotel last September.

According to Michael O’Keeffe of the New York Daily News, a grand jury indicted Spillman on sexual assault charges on Monday.

The incident allegedly occurred at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas on Sept. 20, 2014.

Dallas head coach Jason Garrett said they would wait for charges to be handed down before deciding on a course of action. With no charges being handed down last season, Spillman ultimately appeared in all 16 games for the Cowboys last season and recorded 16 tackles.

Spillman is now a free agent and that burden is no longer on the Cowboys to deal with.

Spillman has spent seven seasons in the NFL with the Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers and San Diego Chargers.

Texans rookie Brandon Ivory arrested on first degree burglary charges

This is how to not make a good impression in the month off before training camp.

Via Tania Ganguli of ESPN.com, Texans rookie defensive lineman Brandon Ivory was arrested on first degree burglary charges.

Ivory, who went to Alabama, was arrested in Tuscaloosa this morning. According to the police report, he and another man broke into a residence by kicking in the back door, one carrying an assault rife. After assaulting one person, they took cash and two iPads before fleeing in a 2003 Toyota Corolla.

He was signed as an undrafted rookie this year.

And because he occupies one of the lowest rungs on the organizational ladder, it’s easy to imagine his stint with the team might not be a long one.

Report: Andrew Quarless arrested in Miami for firing a gun, twice

Another Packers player may not be available as of Week One.

With Datone Jones suspended and Letroy Guion likely the next to be disciplined, Green Bay tight end Andrew Quarless has joined the march to the sidelines after reportedly being arrested in Miami on Saturday morning.

According to the Miami New Times, Quarless was involved in a fight at South Beach, which allegedly prompted him to fire a gun twice into the ground. He tried to flee, but Quarless was apprehended by a pair of police officers.

A spokesman for the Miami Police Department confirmed the arrest and its detail to theNew Times. An incident report is expected to be released later today.

Under the new Personal Conduct Policy, Quarless could be headed for paid leave pending the resolution of these charges and the imposition of league discipline. Thereafter, he’d potentially serve an unpaid suspension.

Quarless appeared in 16 games with 11 starts in 2014, catching 29 passes for 323 yards and three touchdowns.

Quarless allegedly fired shots during argument with group of women

More details have emerged regarding the Miami misadventures of Packers tight end Andrew Quarless. And they don’t make the situation any better for Quarless.

According to the Miami New Times, the police report claims Quarless fired two shots — one into the air — from a semiautomatic .45 caliber handgun during an argument with a group of women.

The argument happened as Quarless and another man were leaving a parking garage in a Porsche Panamera (product placement!). The men approached another car containing several women. An attendant at the parking garage heard one of the women yell, “No, get away, leave me alone!”

According to the police report, Quarless produced the gun and fired two shots, one straight into the sky. One of the women later told police that Quarless fired the shots “in an attempt to emphasize his dominance and manhood.”

The parking attendant called police. According to the police report, Quarless left the Porsche and tried to hide the gun in a potted plant. Police found the gun and matched the shells found at the garage with the gun.

Quarless is charged only with a misdemeanor, but that won’t matter to 345 Park Avenue. Firing a weapon twice in public — including the firing of a round into the air — during a dispute with a group of women Quarless didn’t know will undoubtedly provoke harsh consequences in the post-Ray Rice NFL.

It also could provoke the Packers to consider dumping Quarless and his $1.3 million salary, unless they’re willing to pay him to not play, because Quarless is likely headed for paid leave pending the resolution of his case.

Donovan McNabb arrested again for DUI

Former NFL quarterback Donovan McNabb served a day in jail in Maricopa County, Arizona last year after being arrested on DUI charges and may be in line for more time in the custody of the state in the near future.

McNabb was arrested just before midnight on June 28 in Gilbert, Arizona and arrested on DUI charges after a traffic accident, according to a statement from the Gilbert Police Department that was provided to Deadspin.

“On 06/28/2015 at approximately 2335 hours, officers responded to a non-injury collision involving two vehicles which occurred just west of the intersection at E Chandler Heights Rd and S Higley Rd in Gilbert, AZ.

Subsequent investigation revealed Donovan McNabb (11/25/76) was impaired by alcohol and collided in a rear-end fashion with another vehicle which was stopped at a red traffic signal. Donovan was arrested for DUI at 2358 hours and transported to the Gilbert/Chandler Unified Holding Facility for processing, after which, he was cited and released.”

If McNabb is prosecuted and convicted of the charge, his prior DUI may mean he has to spend more than 24 hours in jail this time since it seems the previous punishment didn’t serve as much of a deterrent.

Donovan McNabb faces minimum sentence of 90 days for second DUI
Posted by Mike Florio on July 7, 2015

As Josh Alper noted in the initial post regarding former NFL quarterback Donovan McNabb’s second DUI arrest, he faces something more significant than the 24 hours he spent behind bars for his first offense in 2014. It looks like he now faces a minimum sentence of 24 hours, times 90.

The minimum sentence for second-offense DUI in Arizona is 90 days in jail, with a maximum sentence of six months.

The circumstances of the arrest, including McNabb’s blood-alcohol concentration, could increase the penalties. Also, McNabb could mount a successful defense to the new charges, obtaining an acquittal through the legal process.

However it turns out, McNabb didn’t seem too concerned about the situation in the aftermath of the arrest, which happened late on June 28. On June 29, he tweeted a picture of himself holding a new pair of shoes.

McNabb makes statement about latest DUI arrest
Posted by Mike Florio on July 7, 2015

Former NFL quarterback Donovan McNabb currently works in the media, on TV with FOX and on radio with NBC Sports Radio.

His weekday show with Mark Malone follows PFT Live on NBC Sports Radio, running from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET. On Tuesday, McNabb addressed the report that he was arrested for a second time in Arizona on DUI charges at the top of the first hour of the program.

“There was a story that was released, and I want everybody to be cognizant of it, because I am very aware of it, handling the matter at this particular point,” McNabb said. “But at this point, I have no further information, and as we continue on with the situation, then we’ll let it handle as it will handle itself.”

Obviously, McNabb isn’t going to address the substance of the allegation, given that anything he says can be used against him in court. And with second-offense DUI in Arizona entailing a mandatory sentence of 90 days in jail, McNabb should do nothing to undermine his right to mount a vigorous defense in court.
