I wish Chris Long well. Just glad The Rams have moved on.His salary price was to high . If The Rams had him for the contract he has now,he'd be worth it.
--Then again he would be a distraction. The history of his father & Raiders v's Rams in LA. There is a whole side of LA v's OC. Wonder how many Ram fans that became Raider fans are now Ram fans again ? It's a generation & pride thing.

Somebody is fired up....I get it wasn't quite the same...I think Washington gave us an extra 1st in another year that lead to G-Rob....But we gave up two 2nds, and a 3rd...I'd say the chart would be just a little less in overall value....I think this is because that at the time, RGIII was a better prospect than Goff.

I'm sorry he didn't take everybody out for bourbon and cigars and have a laugh over a serenade of classical music since that's "so adult". Guys like having fun and that's part of it.

As far as him not performing like previous there is no debate he didn't perform like before. I wish him the best.

--That's why I'm happy he is GONE . Chris Long is a loser !! He is not a guy you want to follow.There is a reason Aaron Donald is a pro bowler.I think life style & worth ethic play a huge role.
Get him out of the locker room.He can go drink his beers with Sam Bradford.They both got paid & were the foundation of a bunch of losing.,

Just the Rams Kool-aide.
Quinton Coples will be a better fit for The Rams !!! I like a big DE that can stay at home & contain the outside run. His long arms can also help against the slant.He also has @eye sight to read the play.
He also will not be a distraction like me first Chris Long the Rams old fearless so called leader. How many season was he elect as team Captain ??
JL was so much better as a team leader than Chris Long.

I'm not saying Chris Long isn't a good person. He is just not a winner & it's was time for The Rams to move on. As players I'm sure there are solid bonds & friendships. He was missed in 2015 because of injury & high cap space .
He just was not that special of a player. His piece with Will Hayes was totally cool & I dug it.I think JL55 had to go as well. He says The Rams didn't want to win. Will see who wins now.
