Man that's an awesome idea Bo. Call em back and tell them you want it overnighted and I'll be happy to pay the extra cost. Or if that's not an option and it doesn't get there in time, we'll get one Saturday somewhere out there in the Lou.

GREAT IDEA BO !!!

Thanks man, thought is was fitting. Found it on ebay. Just messaged seller to see if he could expedite shipping. He's in NJ so it should be here I would think.

Please let me know when you've confirmed the 9am start time with the Pub. I'm holding off telling Rich's daughter the start time till I hear from you.

I agree with that assessment. But then again, we may be raging drunkards that need more time to get our game on!

That will give us more time to sign this ball (with our ROD names) I just bought in order to give it to Thordaddy's clan. (That is if it ships in time)

Perfect. I was trying to think of something to have there for all of us to sign. That is certainly it. If you don't get it in time, let me know. I'll pick one up in town the Saturday before hand. I'll PM you my # and you can text me if it doesn't arrive before you leave.

I need to know what the hell that is before I try one.
Trust me. heheheheheheheheheheheheh

Seriously - it's that drink I told you about with equal parts Irish Whisky and Buttershots in one glass and Orange juice in another. When you drink one then the other, it tastes like pancakes.

Hey... One thought - rather than sit at a table, we could just have one person hold onto the name tags and hand them out as the people pay. That way we don't have anyone actually working during this thing - just hand them a tag and a sharpie. We could just let everyone know on this thread and if someone shows up without knowing, I'm sure one of us can let him/her know.

What yawlz think?

I'll man the table for an hour, then someone else can take over for a bit. Staying in the same hotel so I should be there on time !!

Someone laid one on me the other day that was really clever. I don't know the name or how you make it...the bartender will probably know. It tastes exactly like milk in the bowl after you eat a bowl of fruit loops.

Maybe a pink squirrel? My wife used to drink those.

Alright you wise guys!!! I normally enjoy a classic dry martini up with a couple of olives but I'm secure enough in my manhood to admit that I also enjoy an occasional appletini too.

Besides, we're talking about breakfast food here!!!!!

and not just breakfast food... Fruit Loops !!!

Makes sense to me.

I agree with the 9:00 am start time. My wife and I probably won't make it until 10:00 because we have to drop our kids off at my parents house over in Illinois...

FYI - check this out.. thought you might be interested in this. www.synek.beer

It was part of a kickstarter project and I just got my new one this week and have a fresh IPA called 'Citropolis' on tap now. From a new STL brewery called 'Modern Brewing'. As long as the bartender or homebrewer knows how to fill these, they can stay fresh in the bag (they call them cartridges) for up to 30 days. We'll see...

Holds twice as much as a growler too... and can pretty much get any beer you want from any brewery you want on tap in your house.
