Shame, USA.was just not on their game, offensively anyway. Quick was amazing, few players were playing as good as they could have been. Kane was near invisible the entire tournament, Praise wasnt much better. That hurts, but the depth kept USA in it. Canada's defense settled in early and then it seemed that the US were trying to do to much. Canada really controlled the entire game.
