1. Fire Schotty and Fisher. Higher Bowles, Trestman, keep Snead and Williams
2. Cut Jake Long, Wells, and Joseph
3. Have Braford take a pay cut
3. Sign C Stefen Wisniewsk, OLB Malcolm Smith, and resign Barksdale.
4.trade down from 10th overall into 20s as OT heavy 1st round and gain a 2nd rounder.
5. Draft OT Scheriff to play OG ( like Zach Martin)
6. Trade our 2nd and 3rd rounder to trade into round 1 and draft Hundley.
7. Draft DGB with 2nd rounder gained through trade. Assuming he falls because of off the field issues.
