Doctor: "With our technology we can do wonders with that. We have a couple different price ranges. We can multiply increase your size by 3 inches for 10 thousand or we can increase it 6 inches for 20 thousand. I suggest you talk it over with your wife and come back with your decision."

So he talks it over with his wife and returns to the doctor.

Bob: "Doc, me and the wife have made our decision."

Doctor: "So what's it going to be? 3 inches or 6 inches?"

Bob: "We're getting a new kitchen".
