Brady said he'll retire from the NFL if he starts to suck or isn't playing at a high level.

Looks like it might be coming pretty soon.

That's code for, "If they don't continue to keep an all pro offensive line, good skill players, and a defense that can shorten the field for me, I QUIT!"

The article mentions that there could be a very small chance pats would want to trade Brady if he continues playing bad because if hes on the roster on the last game of the season his salary is guaranteed for the next 3 years. Made me wonder who on here could stomach the rams trading for Brady as a bridge QB while they draft and groom a QB next year. My self I think I would be sick at first but we have a ton more talent on offense than Pats do so I think Brady could do good here for a year or two.
How many first round draft picks do we get for taking the overpaid cry baby off their hands?

As for the decline of Tom Terrific just keep singing that McDonalds jingle...I'm loving it !!

As for the part which states some words that should never be mentioned here (sorry cant bring myself to type the words) I would have to sit out watching football until Brady was no longer in horns

thats just the way it is

... OVERPAID?! Okay, I get that we all dislike Brady, but that statement I'd a bit ridiculous! He's been one of the best in the game the last 10 years, if anything he's been UNDERPAID! And maybe... Just maybe his "crybaby" mentality is why the Patriots have been a playoff team all these years! I'd gladly take a "crybaby" like him (preferably not him tho lol) then most players in this league. He knows how to push his players to become better then what they are. He's def on the decline, but some ppl are acting ridiculous cause he hasn't been a top 5 QB this year. It's what happens when your team isn't that good, he needs protection badly. He is getting old tho, maybe his mental game isn't as quick as it used to be. Idk, we'll see. Had some bad mistakes last night that surprised me.

No way would I watch the Rams with Brady here. He is nothing but a crybaby. IMO that team carried him, not the other way around.

So what you're saying is ... We will rally around "crybaby" and play good football?

Yea, I'd rather rally around a "crybaby" who knows how to lead and win games then not have a "crybaby" and be on a losing team! Obviously he knows how to lead, and this is no shot at Bradford for what it's worth. But Brady does know how to lead, I think his resume speaks for itself. I'm not proud to admit it, but I'm trying to be as objective as possible. I'm desperate for the Rams to win as much as anyone else, it makes sense to analyze someone like him who has won consistently. Have you ever though maybe having a "crybaby" might be a good thing? Peyton Manning isn't as vocal I guess as Brady when upset, but man he does speak up when he needs to. And yes I know as well as anyone this is a team game so there are a lot of ways to win, but this "crybaby" thing is a bit ridiculous, especially since Brady isn't acting that badly every Sunday. Here and there he blows up, I'm fine with it. If there is someone I would call a "crybaby" it'd be Jim Harbough, but even then... He knows how to win. He's someone who has a temper tantrum almost every Sunday lol.

This is what Brady and the Cheaters are when they don't know the plays the other team is going to call. That was a great game to watch, but sickening to watch Brady pout like a 2 year old brat.

it seems that rams fans are evenly divided on brady. half think he's a "crybaby" who's bad for teama morale, and half think he's precisely the opposite and exactly what the rams need because he's got the "fire" and "emotion" and "animation" and "anger" that bradford--he of the mopey face and droopy shoulders and milquetoast demeanor--sorely lacks as a field general. and ne'er the twain shall meet.

nah, it's not my thing bro. If it was the argument yeah but he just wins, sure. But he's going to start looking like a "game manager" more now that his team around him comes back down to earth. JMO of course.

Sorry; I somehow put that photo URL in twice, and I'm not sure how I did it.

Fixed it for ya. (y)

Don't know if anyone mentioned it yet but there's a bonus in all this - our former OC Josh McDaniels is the OC and QB coach.

Josh McDaniels confident Patriots offense can get going

Concern about the state of the offense in New England rose steadily during the first month of the season and peaked during Monday night’s thumping at the hands of the Chiefs.

A leaky offensive line, an unimpressive group of wide receivers and a poor four games by quarterback Tom Brady are some of the flash points for that concern and there are plenty of people wondering if the Patriots can come up with solutions to those problems. Offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels knows things are in a bad place right now, but he believes they can turn things around.

“I have a lot of confidence in our guys,” McDaniels said, via CSNNE.com. “We didn’t play well [Monday] night. We didn’t coach well offensively. We obviously have to do a lot better, starting with me. There is no shortcut to that, but we’ve got a lot of players that have played a lot of good football here before. We know it’s a long season. We’ve got a lot of work ahead of us. We know that it’s going to be critical for us to get better and improve each week.”

McDaniels’s message of patience was mixed with one for more urgency, especially when it comes to getting off to a fast start offensively. The Patriots have not scored first in any of their games this season and playing with a lead could help with the offensive line’s issues by slowing down some of the pass rush that comes when you’re playing from behind. He didn’t add any specifics about how the team will do that, but there will be a lot less stress about the means if victory is the end result.

Yea that's def fair to say. I think he'll play fine down the line, but who knows maybe the Patriots will get rid of him. Drafting Jimmy G was an interesting choice considering Brady has to stay on the roster this whole year in order to keep his next 3 years on the team... Patriots nation going nuts! Lol
