Great Hire by the Chargers, Bradley was my choice for the Rams, but IMO, Rams did better with Phillips only issue is age, but I believe Wade will be with the Rams for three years. Again good for Bradley and the Chargers got one heck of a DC.

Wade has a decade left for coaching if he wants to keep coaching.

Wade Phillips is far more accomplished than Gus Bradley. I like Gus but .... we couldn't have gotten any better than we did with WP. #MoneyHire

I don't believe Wade will be coaching until he's 80, I strongly believe this will be his last contract, three years and then to ride off into the sunset. One thing nobody mentioned was that Phillips daughter lives in Southern, CA., not that matters to how long he will coach, but just shocked nobody brought that up and did somewhat factor in to his decision.

Wade is not built like Dick Labeau who is 79 and is in incredible shape, but I would even settle for him to stay until he's 75 and then past the torch to another and hopefully it's not Joe Barry.
