Overview:
The team is close. If we had a competent starting QB we are probably 7-4. The goal is to sure up the QB position and build up the offensive line. Free agency will be similar to 2013 where the team shops for bargains and role players.

Restructure:
Sam Bradford QB- Has the talent to be great. Has not been able to get onto the field. Hopefully the surgeon doesn't botch this surgery like he did the last one. Bradford gives us our best chance of winning next year. The draft doesn't have much quality at QB.

Resign:
Joe Barksdale RT- As solid as can be at RT.

Kenny Britt WR- A leader who has seen his production suffer due to bad QB play.

Lance Kendricks TE- Never lived up to his draft status, but is a solid role player.

Corey Harkey TE ERFA- Very underrated

Tim Barnes C RFA- Depth

Johnny Hekker P RFA- Best punter in the league?

Rodney McLeod FS RFA- Good secondary player.

Cut:
Jake Long LT- Wasn't the same in 2014 and is not worth the contract.
Kendall Langford DT- Was a good player who never lived up to the contract
Scott Wells C- Never lived up to the contract
Isaiah Pead RB- Bust

Sign:
Marcus Cannon OG New England- Big road grader who can play OG and kick out to RT if need be.

Nate Washington WR Tennessee- A veteran WR that can still stretch the field.

CJ Mosley DT Detroit- A rotational run stuffing DT.

Tyson Alualu DT Jacksonville- Former first round pick comes in to take the Langford/Carrington bench role

Trade:
Zac Stacy and 5th round pick to Tampa Bay for Mike Glennon and 7th round pick. Tampa Bay needs help at RB. Zac Stacy is wasting away on the bench. We need QB security and Tampa Bay will be picking a QB early. Glennon is a guy who is young and talented and for whatever reason isn't wanted in Tampa.

1- La'el Collins OG LSU- Big, physical, athletic. Plays LT in the SEC, but will be a great interior linemen. Is a people mover, plays nasty.

(Poor Audio on this video)
2- Cameron Erving C FSU- Would have probably been a first round pick at OT in the 2014 draft. Has found a home at C. Big physical guy fits the style we want to build.

View: http://youtu.be/os95Ie_HqPE

3- Karl Joseph S WVU- He is similar to McLeod, but better. The guy can hit and has a nose for the ball.

7- Taylor Heinicke QB Old Dominion- Has dominated the lower level of college football. Not the greatest size but makes good decisions and is very accurate with the football.

View: http://youtu.be/DvbTANSSjdk

7- Devonte Fields LB TCU- A knucklehead who is worth a shot. Plus I have no clue who will be in the seventh round and rarely do I know the guys getting picked in the seventh come draft day.

Line-up:
QB Sam Bradford
RB Tre Mason
FB Corey Harkey
TE Jared Cook
XWR Brian Quick
ZWR Kenny Britt

LG La'el Collins
C Cameron Erving

We have, basically, 3 SS safeties next year. TJ-Mac, Barron, and McLeod (I say SS, because all the dude likes to do is hit, not play coverage).

I don't think safety is a big enough need to spend a 3rd rounder on. Rather find a LB in that spot, or yes, even a WR. Don't believe they'd play Barron as a real LB, though I could be wrong.

Safety isn't a need, I just love the way Joseph plays. I wouldn't mind adding a LB or WR. Keep in mind McLeod is a free agent after 2015.

That offensive line might just make Glennon look good because I have no confidence in the durability of Bradford and with the third pick I would like another WR if one is available, but very well done and realistic. I still feel the Rams will consider trading up if Winston's background is based on Shenanigans versus being a Hooligan.

That'd be something to address in 2016 when, currently, we have more picks. I believe we have to go into next year/address the draft in an all out effort to win. Some key player's contracts will be coming up soon. Outside of one of the 2 QBs I want, I want quality for the now not the later.

Not a fan of this. Mike Glennon's ok but no way would I trade Zac Stacy and a 5th for him. The last thing this team needs is to keep trading away picks. Losing the 2nd in 2013 and the 5th in 2014 have hurt us IMO.

The other option is to spend a pick on a QB so...
