daily work out?

    First off let me give a big [hl]THANKS[/hl] for spending some off time with your fans here at ROD. You are quite the character on twitter and I might have to look into this reddit thingy.

    I was wondering what your daily workout routine is like. Do you do alot of leg strength training, core training etc.? I would think that doing too many leg presses and squats during the week would affect your punting come Sunday.

    I do the same workout routine as all the guys on the team. We all are in tune with our bodies and are able to make amendments to our workouts depending on how we are feeling a certain day. Lets say I am having some hamstring tightness, I can lift more upper body and stay away from aggravating that area any more. We get two workouts in every week that are mandatory and I try and keep up with stretching my legs to avoid tightness and muscle pulls and things of that nature.
